2.3 AI-Generated Content
When you use DrawSpark's AI drawing ideas generator:
- Your input text is sent to DeepSeek API to generate drawing ideas
- DrawSpark does NOT store your input text after generation
- Only the generated drawing ideas are stored in DrawSpark's database

Important: Drawing ideas you generate are public by default and visible to all DrawSpark users in the Explore gallery. Do not submit personal or sensitive information as drawing ideas, titles, or comments.

Important: Microsoft Clarity collects anonymized session recordings and heatmaps to help DrawSpark understand how users interact with the Service. Clarity does not capture sensitive personal information, keystrokes, or payment information. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser.
3. How DrawSpark Uses Your Information
DrawSpark uses your information to:

- Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns via GA4, Clarity, and Vercel Analytics
- Search Optimization: Monitor and improve search performance via GSC and BWT

- Prevent Abuse: Rate limit (30 generations per day) and block malicious activity
DrawSpark does not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for targeted advertising
- Share your personal information with third parties (except for essential service delivery)

DrawSpark shares data only with essential service providers:

- API keys are stored as environment variables, never exposed to clients
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission (enforced by Vercel)
- Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) protects user data
- Vercel provides secure hosting infrastructure
6. Your Rights
